Love going to my grandmothers house.! It's the best view and love to enjoy the scenery. This was Xmas dinner from above Shaws Cove.

Like all the beaches in Laguna, Shaws Cove is beautiful. A short walk down concrete stairs takes you to the bottom of the cliffs where the vista opens up to the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. There are plenty of spots to set up your beach umbrellas and chairs, although I don't recommend bringing pop-up shade structures as I witnessed a lifeguard asking some people to take theirs down. I took away a star on my rating because there is no public restroom nearby.

Beautiful beach! The water is clear and the waves weren’t too rough. There aren’t any bathrooms which is unfortunate, although the steps down to the beach smell like it since you pass a sewage pump building. It’s a bit too busy to be considered a hidden gem, but it wasn’t overly crowded. Exploring all the rocks and tide pools was really cool, there’s plenty of marine life to be found if you look close enough. Free parking is available on the street in the neighborhood near the stairs.

Private little beach, lots of sea life creatures, cliffs for young kids, clear water, free parking on the street if you can find it otherwise there are meters towards the main road. Just a beautiful place. Life guard station is located north side of the beach.

Shaw's Cove is a beautiful little beach! I photographed a proposal here and it was the perfect spot! The entire beach cheered when she said yes. Although there were still plenty of people around, it was more private than a lot of other beaches in the area. The cove was incredibly picturesque!

A gorgeous small cove! A perfect place for a little kids and older people as the waves are manageable. Tide pools with lots of life if you're lucky enough to see some. The water is a beautiful clear emerald green and aqua blue, there are steps down to the beach, parking is kind of hard but if you can find a spot it’s worth it!
